It is our pleasure to announce that the IMAPS Nordic & IEEE EPS Nordic 2023 Conference on Microelectronics Packaging (NordPac) will be held 12th – 14th June 2023 at Oslo Science City, Oslo, Norway. This is the forth time that IMAPS Nordic Chapter and IEEE EPS Nordic Chapter jointly organise this event. The event brings together both academics, as well as industry leaders, to discuss and debate state-of-the-art and future trends in microelectronics components, packaging, integration and manufacturing technologies. NordPac provides a perfect opportunity to hear the latest news and developments in the field. So mark the dates in your calendar today!
NordPac provides a perfect opportunity to present the latest news and developments in the field of state-of-the-art and future trends in microelectronics components, packaging, integration, and manufacturing technologies at the Nordic, European and international scale. The exhibition which is integrated with the technical program enables direct on-site commercial interaction with all participants. In addition, local technology start-ups situated in StartupLab Oslo will be invited to attend the exhibition and exhibitors’ presentations for free, providing you with the opportunity to expand your client horizon.

VENUE
The Conference will take place at “Toppsenteret” which is located on the 5th floor of Oslo Science Park. The exhibition will be located in the lounge area where all coffee breaks and lunches are served. The venue also has a large roof terrace with a terrific view of Oslo and the fjord.
