It is our pleasure to announce that the IMAPS Nordic Microelectronics Packaging Conference and Exhibition (NordPac) will be held 11–13 June 2024 in Tampere, Finland. This is the 60th event organised by IMAPS Nordic chapter, and we hope you will celebrate the milestone with us. The NordPac event brings together both academics, as well as industry leaders, to discuss and debate state-of-the-art and future trends in microelectronics, packaging, integration, reliability testing, PCB design, assembly and manufacturing of electronics, optics, electronics in health tech, materials, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT) in electronics. So mark the dates in your calendar today!

NordPac offers a combination of interesting keynotes and technical sessions with the latest news in the field and an interactive exhibition. The exhibition enables direct onsite interaction between participants. Being a sponsor brings the images of company and its products/services more visible to customers and participants. The welcoming reception, coffee breaks and the conference dinner are great platforms for networking with your academic and industry colleagues. We have received positive feedback on creating open and warm atmosphere in our events.

VENUE

The conference will take place at Congress Center Puistotorni. The exhibition will be located in the area where all coffee/tea breaks and lunches are served. The exhibition area is just next to rooms where keynotes and technical sessions take place.
